Fast walk for 10 minutes
Slow jog (4 mph) for 25 minutes
Cool down for 5 mins

Feel pretty good.  I bought a protein shake right after the run to have it absorbed quickly (also reduce cramps later on).

Take note that it has been pretty much a year since I've gone. Making time for it now.
