| At the risk of starting up a mess... For those people that are stuck on Windows (for whatever reason)....
You can set up spybot to automatically start, update, im\munize, scan and remove from the Scheduled Tasks.
Put this in your Scheduled Tasks (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Scheduled Tasks) and run it EVERY NIGHT:
C:\PROGRA~1\SPYBOT~1\SpybotSD.exe /autoupdate /autoimmunize /autocheck /autofix /taskbarhide /autoclose
Now, if you don't have passwords set up for the user you want to run it under, go to http://www.livejournal.com/users/jfroebe/144556.html and follow the instructions.
While you're at it, run defrag once a week:
c:\windows\system32\defrag /f /b c:
